Though we occasionally add more experienced people to the firm to add to our practice’s expertise, we primarily promote from within. In fact, 30 of our 39 partners either started their career at Frank, Rimerman or grew into their partner role while working here.

We offer direct hands-on learning and the chance to complete more than twice the continuing education required by professional standards through our comprehensive training programs.
