Intern Reviews

  • “I have really enjoyed my time with BPM. Although the internship is completely virtual, we are allowed to go into the office to work as well. Everyone that I have spoken with is knowledgeable and resourceful. They direct me in the right direction if it is in regard to something they don't know. There is always someone who can help.”
  • “The overall firm culture was great and the environment was pretty comforting. The office environment was nice whenever I decided to go into the office, and I met a lot of nice people there.”
  • “I was paid hourly, so I felt my hours were reasonable. However, some of the full-time employees worked late into the night and early mornings, as well as during the weekend.”
  • “I felt that I could approach most of the people at the firm and everyone is friendly. There is a set level of professionalism that all share and [it] cultivates a pleasant environment to work in.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “The application process was smooth and the hiring team was very kind! The interview process was also very free flowing, so it wasn't as intimidating as I had anticipated it to be.”
  • “I felt prepared going into the interview process however, it was unexpected that the interviewers mostly wanted to talk about topics other than work. We only briefly went into my resume and the work that I am currently doing and what a day at BPM would be like but once that was finished, we moved onto hobbies, likes/dislikes, travel etc. It was fun and less stressful than I had originally thought.”
  • “Hiring process was good. I filled out an application on Handshake and had an interview with a manager and a supervisor at the same time. Having an interview with two of higher level individuals is good so they know who to bring on.”
