Vault Guide to the Top 50 Accounting Firms, 2021 Edition

The Vault Guide to the Top 50 Accounting Firms rates more than 100 top firms in the accounting industry. We chose these firms based on previous industry insider opinion as well as on various factual data, including size in terms of employees and annual U.S. revenues.

The firms we identified were asked to distribute our online survey to their accounting employees. Survey participants were asked to rate and comment on their firm's hiring process, culture, compensation, diversity, training, hours, business outlook, and more.

Participants were also asked to rate companies other than their own in terms of prestige on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most prestigious.
