Intern Reviews

  • "The quality of life is superb, everyone I interact with is on the same path as I making the culture extremely progressive which pushes me harder to fulfill my goals, in terms of the #of hours I worked it was all up to me and how successful I intended on being in their program generally doing 40-90 hours a week which was how much I intended and wanted to work."
  • "The culture of CWP is amazing. You are around the best of the best college students and there is a culture of growth and competition to strive to do better than where you were at the day before. the hours of work fluctuated depending on the week."
  • "It was an internship that was stressful and kept me busy, but at the same time the skills I have developed make the whole experience worth it."
  • "They did a great job of helping us have work/life balance. Even training us to schedule fun so we made sure life was enjoyable. Along with that during the summer they hosted fun events where we could meet others and take a chance to relax from our job."

The interviewers were transparent with me that the internship was difficult and not for everyone but can be very rewarding if you put in the work to be successful."
  • "3-4 interviews with different company executives also allowed me to network with these people. Selective standards in the sense that the applicant has to be prepared for the challenging internship."
