Intern Reviews

  • "The firm emphasizes a work/life balance for its employees and aid in this goal. I never felt that I was overworked or had to work overtime."
  • "Quality of life was good and the employees made sure to include interns and give us plenty of time for both assignments and personal time."
  • "The work life balance at the company is extremely balanced and healthy. The culture is welcoming, and I appreciate how the partners are so involved with employees of all different levels, they really hear and see us all. I was required to work 40 hours a week, but the employees and managers here were flexible to accommodate to my needs."
  • "In accounting, you always feel like you're just going to be another one of the numbers that you're working with in a group, however, Cotton made me feel comfortable working with any member of the firm, from Partners to managers to other staff. They have an amazing flexible work option and give a lot of thought into work-life balance, something you don't really see in accounting. They give a lot of accommodations in order to help you get your CPA and just overall were very helpful with any questions."
