Videographer—BowTie, Inc., Lexington, KY
BowTie is a California-based publishing company with offices in several states. They’ve got a few positions open right now, including one for a videographer. The videographer’s job is to film and edit program material for several BowTie Inc. publications. The job also involves travel to destinations where filming will occur, with 50%-75% overnight travel. Candidates should have a minimum of two years two years experience in video production and editing, technical skills, and a valid driver’s license and driving record. Since BowTie publishes a number of magazines related to agriculture and animals, knowledge in those areas would be a leg-up. NDSU’s Center for Nanoscale Science & Engineering is hiring a Research Technician responsible for the day to day operation and execution of experiments in the Bioactive Materials Research Lab. A two year degree (either AS or AAS) in biological sciences is required, as are computer skills, and the work well in a team environment.
