Intern Reviews

  • "The environment overall is supportive, from people both within and outside of the particular team I work with. Hours are more than fair and any personal engagements, responsibilities, etc. are acknowledged and worked with by managers. Especially with remote work, leadership encouraged myself and other employees to really find that balance which is appreciated."
  • "Everyone seems to respect work/life balance. They are very understanding of when someone needs time off for anything. The hours were set and completely understandable/doable. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming."
  • "Throughout my internship I have heard many leaders make it clear to the people they manage that they want them to make sure to take and enjoy time off. Also Comcast has had multiple wellness events this summer in order to try to keep people happy, and active. I work right around 40 hours per week and feel like the work life balance is exactly right."
  • "The environment was very flexible and allowed me to learn, as well as have a great work/life balance. Everyone is very accepting and willing to help in all aspects of life."

Getting Hired Here

  • "The application process was comprehensive but to the point. I was able to get to know my manager and I believe they were able to do the same, and I heard back very promptly. Communication has been great from start to finish!"
  • "I was very happy with the interview process and I was offered the position very quickly after my second interview. I just wish I had known that there would be more than one interview beforehand and that there wasn't a huge time gap in between both interviews."
  • "Interviewers were so nice and made me feel like I belonged in the company. The interview turned out to be conversational because of how well we got along."
  • "I submitted a resume, had one round of Hirevue videos to create then one real interview with somebody over zoom. My interviewer was very prepared and made me feel comfortable during the interview which I think very much contributed to my success."
