Intern Reviews

  • “Everyone within the company that I communicated with were some of the nicest and most professional people I've met. The culture at this company is one of the best things about this internship, everyone is super friendly and helpful with any questions I had.”
  • “The company culture and environment was relatively laid-back, if quite corporate in nature. I was required to work 40 hours a week, with occasional afternoons off ahead of holiday weekends. Work/life balance appeared to be quite prioritized, and I never felt as if there was pressure to stay over to complete my work.”
  • “The firm culture is very supporting while still challenging you to do your best. I was given meaningful tasks instead of just busy work and treated more like an equal member of the team. While giving my opinion, insights, or ideas, I felt like I was taken seriously. I worked 40 hours per week, which was what I agreed to. They made sure that I did not have to overload myself and work overtime. The hybrid approach allowed me to have more of a work/life balance.”
  • “Very collaborative and supportive workplace. I love my boss, and there is a culture of humble work—much of leadership worked their way through the company to get to their positions, and it really shows with their interactions with the staff and casual yet professional attitude.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “The hiring process was effortless—my resume was sent in and my hiring manager administered the interview, and I received an offer quickly after.”
  • “I submitted my resume and eventually got contacted to do an interview. The interview was over a video call with three interviewers. They were very welcoming and not aggressive for the interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and I felt like it allowed me to present myself well. I was even given contact information so I could talk to them if I had any questions after the interview. I do not know how selective their standards were in fielding applicants.”
  • “I liked that I interviewed directly with my manager and mentor at the company. They were able to tell me exactly what I would be doing in the role and asked what classes I had taken to apply those skills. It was very short and did not have the behavioral questions that don't always apply to the job”
  • “Interviewers were very friendly, kept the process simple knowing I was an undergraduate, and they were all available prior to the internship even starting to answer any questions I had.”
