Intern Reviews

  • “Overall [a] very welcoming environment, super flexible, and a good balance between work and life.”
  • “Time requested off was granted every time. Working hours and lunch hours are highly respected. Amazing people to work with and a super supportive environment.”
  • “I worked 40 hours a week, my supervisor was always willing to help, I had multiple people I could go to for questions, & everyone in the plant was really nice.”
  • “It feels like a warmer environment to work in than I had expected from an organization of this scale. The hours I was required to work were standard, and the placement of those hours during the week was exceedingly flexible, which I appreciate greatly. There are also various out-of-the-office events that are held periodically, and there are also in-office events that are held with similar frequency.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “I thought the interview process was outstanding. It was definitely the best interview process I have went through. I talked to four different interviewers, each for 30 minutes. I enjoyed this because it allowed me to talk to multiple different people and gain their perspectives. I also enjoyed that they all had a little bit different interviewing styles, so even if I wasn't as confident or comfortable with one interviewer, I didn't feel like I blew the whole interview. I also thought that this internship was highly competitive as they had high standards for their candidates, such as a high GPA requirement.”
  • “Very communicative and open, also interviewed with engineers and people I would be working with.”
  • “The interview process consisted of two interviews. The first of which was a phone interview with a recruiter who explained the internship and what I'd be doing on a day-to-day basis. The second interview was a lot more intensive and focused on meeting different members of management who asked various interview questions. The second interview took nearly 3 hours!”
  • “The people I interviewed with made me feel comfortable and like I was already part of the family.  It was much less technical than I would have thought, given the position I was applying for (maintenance engineer), but the conversations that I did have with my interviewers were productive.”
