Intern Reviews

  • “The company culture is such that everyone is always willing to help or just talk. My group emphasized having a good work/life balance. Everyone also took very good care of the interns in terms of events, tours, or getting them connected to people who may be able to help them out.”
  • “The overall environment is very welcoming. The attitude towards work/life balance is exactly what it should be, I am encouraged to do a lot of things outside work and am provided with hiking/outdoor activity recommendations. I am required to work around 40 hours a week, which is very reasonable, especially since the hours are flexible.”
  • “Everyone loves what they do and is always super nice and helpful whenever you reach out. The flexibility of working hours within a week is super helpful, so if I wanted to work more on Monday so I could have less time on Friday was super nice. Also, being able to choose when I work from home or go to the office. There is a gym underneath my office, so working out is easy, and lots of events were put on with food provided.”
  • “Everyone that I have met here [has] been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and helpful. This is, without a doubt, some of the best work culture I have ever seen, and it is very clear that the people in my department care about each other and want the company to succeed. I am working a maximum of 40 hours a week and am encouraged to not touch any work outside of my office hours.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “One interview, behavioral and short, everyone was friendly. Then, about a month later, I got a call and received an offer.”
  • “Throughout the hiring process, interviewers reached out to me directly (no automated emails) and were quick in turnaround with an offer after interviewing. Interviews themselves were not technically difficult but instead emphasized the company values and culture. It is clear that the internship was quite selective, but I appreciate that the company hand-reviews resumes.”
  • “The hiring process went very smoothly, there was a lot of communication, which I appreciate. I felt comfortable during my interview, it seemed very low stress. My interviewers were kind and willing to answer any questions I had.”
  • “The hiring process for this position was very straightforward and only required an application and a single interview. My interviewers were actually my current managers, so it was really nice to know that they were the ones that wanted to work with me and that I'd be a good fit for their team. The interview questions were straightforward and gave me the chance to address why I wanted this internship specifically and my goals for my time here.”
