Intern Reviews

  • “It was such an amazing atmosphere, and the team that I was on site with always wanted to show me things and teach me. I worked full time, so 40 hours a week. Work-life balance was great I always had time to hang out with my friends.”
  • “I think the office has a good work/life balance. The culture is very heavy on work hard, play hard, and embodies a mostly positive office environment. Hours are moderately flexible however, the work is often time demanding, requiring project managers to work longer hours.”
  • “Everyone was welcoming from day one. I was included in many work events that many interns may not expect to be a part of. Everyone was kind and willing to help.”
  • “Work does not feel like work at HITT. As an intern working 40 hours per week, I had sufficient time to progress in other aspects of my life with family, friends, and health. As well as personal interests such as recreational sports. HITT is a big proponent [of] personal health, both mentally and physically, and provides ample time to maintain those based on your schedule.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “HITT has a very personal hiring process. Yes, they look for experienced individuals, but they are people persons first. They not only look for someone eligible for the job but also the right fit just for you.
  • “The process was efficient and productive for the entirety of the process.
  • “Interviews felt very professional and caring at the same time. Multiple check-ins to just see general well-being before the internship began as well as preparing for this summer.
  • Very smooth process from meeting with the company at a career fair to arriving on my start date.”
