Introduction
Citi Group offers many opportunities for students to gain experience and share their talents and begin to build a lasting career. Citi has Pre-internship programs during terms like spring break for early undergraduate students geared toward education and mentorship. The Summer Analyst (undergraduate/masters) and Associate (masters/MBA/JD/PhD) positions are 10-12 week internships. Placement Analysts and Associates are hired for 6-12 months and often achieve full time positions after the internship.
