This allowed me to complete projects in many different practices and ultimately helped me make a decision as to which practice group I wanted to join at the end of the summer. The summer associates were also kind, excited, and lovely to be around.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“There [was a host of] events that made me feel welcomed and allowed me to get to know many of the associates and partners that I work with now. The social events ranged from collaborative get-to-know-you types to cocktails and food at various restaurants. There was the ability to meet and socialize with many different members of the firm.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“Social events were fun, interactive: boating/sailing on the Hudson; cooking class; casino night at the firm with various affinity groups; smaller group events (e.g., going to an off-Broadway show with some IP associates, etc.).
