Diversity and Inclusion
HLB adopted the Mansfield Rule in 2018 to promote diversity in summer and lateral recruiting. In March 2022, the firm partnered with Diversity Lab on its Mansfield Certification Program for midsized law firms. The program seeks to increase the representation of women and underrepresented lawyers in leadership.
