Wellness

Morgan Stanley’s wellness programs address employees’ health and family goals, with services that promote a balanced lifestyle by increasing flexibility and ease of movement between work and other areas of our employees' lives. We offer a wide array of wellness-related programs and resources, including counseling, on-site health and fitness centers, work-life seminars, emergency care for children and adults, and resources for expecting and working parents. Inclusion

At Morgan Stanley, we strive to maintain an inclusive environment where all employees feel empowered in their roles. Through our firm-sponsored Employee Networking Groups, employees have an opportunity to increase their firm-wide exposure, gain professional development skills, and strengthen their cross-cultural awareness. Globally, Morgan Stanley sponsors the Women’s Business Alliance and LGBT networks.  At a regional level, employee groups include Asian, Black, Latino, Working Parent, disABILITY Taskforce, Family Network, Veterans, Irish, and African and Caribbean Business Alliance.  The firm also designates awareness months in honor of the many historical contributions made by multicultural groups, including women’s Asian Pacific, African American and Hispanic heritage months, as well as ongoing efforts to raise awareness of people living with a disability.
